per month · cancel after Month 2

Dedicated Support Allocation

Up to 80 dedicated Virtual Assistant / support hours per month (20 hours/week, 4 hours per business day) for user management, sub-account setup, pipeline troubleshooting, and ticketing support — a complete alternative to external services like Extendly.

Out-of-Scope Protection

Requests exceeding 80 hours in a calendar month are billed at an overage rate of $35/hour, or handled via a separate scope addition upon written approval.

Dashboard Maintenance

Continuous monitoring of the parent compliance dashboard and the automated meeting-note pipelines.

Enterprise Data Architecture

High-Integrity Regulatory Audit Repository

Phase 1 provisions a secure, client-owned compliance data architecture designed to satisfy mortgage regulator examination standards while keeping consumer PII fully isolated.

Decoupled Analytical Storage

GoHighLevel serves as the operational CRM and executive visualization layer. Backend time-series compliance data is housed in a dedicated, SOC 2 Type II-compliant relational repository (PostgreSQL / Supabase or native Azure Dataverse/SQL based on corporate IT preference).

Client Ownership & Access Control

The data repository is provisioned under Revolution Mortgage's corporate credentials. Only authorized engineers receive temporary development roles during Phase 1 schema configuration; all external administrative access is revoked upon project sign-off.

Regulatory Immutability & Audit Trail

Data records feature strict created_at and updated_at time-stamped audit logging to satisfy state mortgage regulator requirements (NMLS, GLBA, and state examination standards).

Non-PII Ingestion Boundary

Compliance data ingestion is strictly limited to operational metrics (NMLS ID, branch identifier, time-clock hours, and closed loan counts/volume), keeping consumer PII completely isolated.
